Mr. Mao Liqun shared his thoughts and opinions in his essay “Cautionary Issues in related to Issuing Warning Letters and Anti-unfair Competition Law in China” around the topic of necessary attention shall be directed to the elimination of improper measures in their exercision of the proprietors’ patent rights in China. The essay, which was published in <PATENT>(Vol.70 No. 2017.1) a journal published by Japan Patent Attorneys Association, introduced actual judicial precedents in this regard and tried to compare the distinguishing points in China and Japan’s practices, and ggestions were also proposed for possible reference for the future Chinese practices.
