Ms. Hou Li gave lecture on IP protection for start-up companies

In a joint effort with the Hongkou branch of DOBE industry incubator, MY Intellectual Property Firm hosted a seminar targeting at start-up companies early this month. The co-founder as well as a senior patent attorney, Ms. Hou Li shared her insights with the audience of companies from varied industries.

By introducing IP related precedents at the court and patent and trademark infringement and dispute cases in particular, Ms. Hou elaborated the significance of identifying and securing Intellectual Property for start-ups, and the common issues that frequently arise which require appropriate attention of the start-up companies. In the Q&A section, the attendees popped up questions to Ms. Hou for expertise and advice.
