MYIP Wins Trademark Reexamination Case

Our firm recently won a trademark reexamination case. In detail, the transferred case is rejected for the reason “include the element which directly describes the specific goods”. With devoted efforts of our attorneys in filing effective arguments and collecting sufficient evidence, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of China (TRAB) was convinced and further decided that to approve the application for the registration.
